Welcome to JaFootballFans.com. This mobile or web application (collectively called the "Service") is operated by JaFootballFans.com ("JaFootballFans.com", "we", "us" and/or "our"). 4. SOCIAL NETWORK SERVICES
One of the features of the Service is your ability to log into the Service using various social networking services like Facebook or Twitter ("Social Networks") thus making your experience better and more personalised. To take advantage of this feature, it may be requested that you log into or grant the Service permission via the relevant Social Network. When you add a Social Network account to the Service or log into the Service using your Social Network account, we will collect information necessary to enable the Service to access that Social Network and your data contained within that Social Network. As part of such integration, the Social Network will provide us with access to certain information that you have provided to the Social Network and we will use store and disclose such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
JaFootballFans.com does not knowingly collect or seek any Personal Data from children under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Service. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Service. The Service and its content are not aimed at children under the age of 13. Should we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a child under the age of 13 might have provided Personal Data to JaFootballFans.com via the Service, please contact us and we will move to delete that information from our databases.
